Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties said that its strategy is to make its business units, including its wholly-owned Emaar Hospitality, independent listed companies, according to a statement.

Emaar Hospitality will be listed at the appropriate time and depending on the business requirements and market conditions.

The Dubai-listed company’s clarification followed the statement of Emaar Hospitality’s CEO Olivier Harnisch that his company’s IPO is “currently not on the table”.
